Eric Rosenberg: Transition Coordinator
Our transition coordinator coordinates our students' transition plans. This is the plan that dictates what a student will do after they turn 21. He can help you with the Front Door process, agency placement, Medicaid Service Coordination, and guardianship.

Amanda Gagliano: School Psychologist
Our School Psychologist can help you understand special education placement and other programs available for your child. She can also help you with evaluations and is in charge of all Triennials, Reevaluations and Initials.
