We provide an array of support for our instructional staff at 721Q. In addition to inviting district support staff to our school on a regular basis, 721Q provides an English as a Native Language (ENL)Coach, a Literacy Coach, an IEP Coordinator and a Lead Paraprofessional. The Administrative Team (pictured above) also maintains an open door policy whereby all faculty is invited to communicate any issues on an ongoing basis.
Literacy Coach: Contact Ms. Junie Louis-Jean at Ext. 1055 for assistance with lesson planning, lesson delivery, the Attainment Curriculum, Thinking Maps, NYSAA, and SANDI.
Ms. Louis-Jean has nine years of instructional experience as a Highly-Effective Special Educator and will serve as a support for teachers as they seek to develop or expand their own Highly Effective practices.
At 721Q, we have invested in the Lead Paraprofessional Program. This program allows a lead paraprofessional to deliver para training and teach a limited number of classes. At 721Q, our Lead Paraprofessionals are Mr. Evans Boiguene and Mr. Devanis Guerrero.
