Teacher Support
Overview
We provide an array of support for our instructional staff at 721Q. In addition to inviting district support staff to our school on a regular basis, 721Q provides , a Literacy Coach, an IEP Coordinator and Lead Paraprofessional. The Administrative Team (pictured above) also maintains an open door policy whereby all faculty is invited to communicate any issues on an ongoing basis.
Curriculum Support: Contact Ms. Aneesa H. Garcia at Ext. 1056 for assistance with lesson planning, lesson delivery, the Attainment Curriculum, the Vocational Scope and Sequence Framework, the Danielson Rubric, Thinking Maps, NYSAA, and SANDI.
Ms. Garcia has over 7 years experience working with students with disabilities and has worked in 12:1+1, 12:1+4, 8:1+1, 6:1+1, and work site classroom settings. |
Paraprofessional Support
At 721Q, we have invested in the Lead Paraprofessional Program. This program allows a lead paraprofessional to deliver para training and teach a limited number of classes. At 721Q, our Lead Paraprofessionals are Mr. Evens Boiguene and Ms. Karen Lasson.
